DAY 1: ARRIVE COCHIN, COCHIN – MUNNAR (BY ROAD)
You will be met by our representative at Cochin airport. Then, drive to Munnar, enjoying the scenic beauty & the marvellous waterfalls, high mountains with low flying clouds passing by. On the way, you can see tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lush green hills, a place so beautiful that it is difficult to describe. Overnight at Munnar.
DAY 2: MUNNAR
Today morning after breakfast you can go for sightseeing in Munnar, which includes the Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you can see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Muttupetty dam, you can also enjoy boating in the lake (optional). Overnight at Munnar.
DAY 3: KUMARAKOM
Today morning after breakfast, drive to Kumarakom. It is a beautiful town situated in the hills and is surrounded by some of the most fertile and beautiful scenery in the state, with serene palm-fringed backwaters on the west and the Western Ghats on the east. On arrival, check-in to a traditional houseboat (Kerala style) and cruise through the backwaters. Overnight at the Houseboat.
DAY 4: ALLEPPEY
Today morning after breakfast, drive to Alleppey which is called ‘The Venice of The East’ with Panoramic Backwater Stretches, lush paddy fields, coconut palms etc. On arrival, check-in to a Backwater resort. Relax for the whole day. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 5: ALLEPPEY - COCHIN
Today morning after breakfast, transfer to Cochin airport/railway station for your onward journey.
